We hired an independent investigator, Altus Research, to conduct a clinical trial to examine how Resist bars impact blood sugar after consumption, as well as how our bars compare to others. As we grow, we're committed to staying at forefront of new research and food science!

Blood sugar levels after eating Resist

All participants consumed a Resist Bar after fasting for at least 10 hours. The trial team measured the participant's blood sugar every 15 minutes for 90 minutes after eating.

The chart shows our participant's blood sugar levels over those 90 minutes. You can can see blood sugar was gradually raised over time between 10-20 mg/dl and did not have a large drop or crash.
