Love the flavor and ingredients. I am seeing great results eating these bars as snack and/or meal replacement when on the go. Have begun wearing a CGM and eating these don’t impact blood glucose levels in the least.
I love these bars. When I first tried one at the recommendation of my health coach, I was skeptical. It was not good. Or was it? Actually, it wasn't bad... Now I LOVE these bars! I don't like artificial sweeteners, or anything overly sweet anyway, and these bars are perfect.
When I first tried a resist bar, it had a unique texture and I wasn’t sure I liked it. I had one each morning with a banana before I went for my daily walk with my puppy. By the 4th day, I found myself looking forward to it. The ingredients are very clean and because I’ve drastically reduced the sweets I eat in my diet, I’m noticing that the flavor in the resist bars is perfectly sweet. If your taste buds are used to a lot of sugar, they won’t taste sweet to you. The balance of proteins, fats, & carbs is great! If at first you aren’t sure how you feel about them, give it some time. You’ll end up really appreciating the clean healthy taste!

It’s hard to find an after-workout,protein-forward bar that can sit in my car’s insulated lunch pack and still be quite tasty. AND doesn’t seem to spike my blood sugar! Yum
The peanut butter turmeric bars are great for balancing blood sugar because they have less sugar than most bars on the market. They are also healthy being gluten free with high protein and fiber. They also have a good flavor.
As someone with Celiac's disease who is also very ingredient conscious, I love these bars! They're the perfect snack that keeps me full for hours.
The peanut butter resist bar has become a favorite snack. It's filling and doesn't raise my blood sugar. it's not sweet; the tumeric covers the taste of the monk fruit. I only wish these were sold locally!
I've been loving these bars! Loved all 3 flavors but especially the peanut butter one is so delicious. I dont know why people were saying these bars were dry, maybe for the chocolate cinnamon one a tad bit, but I thought the peanut butter was creamy and buttery and the gogi berry one was really soft and moist. I wish there was a slight bit more protein in these bars for my PCOS, but overall I really love them and wish they were being sold in more places!
I am a type 1 diabetic who travels very often for work. I am always on the hunt for protein bars that are healthy, filling, and wont destroy my blood sugar. These bars deliver on every front. My favorite is the cherry goji but every flavor is good. I can’t wait for them to be back in stock so that I can order more. Thank you Resist for your awesome protein bars!!
I love these bars. With the protein and fiber they sustain me for hours s without spiking my blood sugar.
I do wish they came in more flavors.
The fiber can sometimes be a problem, if you know what I mean , which is my only negative.
